Making a Difference

The Tatton Park Charitable Trust was created to support education, conservation and restoration projects for the benefit of all visitors to Tatton Park. It is a voluntary body run by local trustees, which aims to raise donations and secure grants to help to ensure this special place is here for future generations to enjoy.

Since 2005, the Trust has helped fund a wide variety of work including:

• subsidised school coaches to help children visit from deprived areas
• hundreds of tree guards across the Parkland
• the jubilee gazebo in the Gardens
• an electric buggy to help less-mobile visitors access the Mansion
• the Farm’s rare breed animal adoption scheme

The Trust has made a real difference to what Tatton Park can offer local communities and the wider public.
